Netscape 4.x Email

1. Open Netscape Navigator and click on Edit and select Preferences.
    

2. Double click on the Mail & Newsgroups category on the left, and select Identity from the list. On the right side of the screen, input the following information:

• Your Name: The display name you would like people to see when you send them email.

• Email address: Your email address.

• Everything else can remain blank.

5. Click on Mail Servers under Category

6. Click the Add button and enter the following information:

• Server Name: account.your.domain

• Server Type: POP3 Server

• User Name: Your account username

• Check the box that says Remember password

 

 

7. Enter Outgoing Mail Server Information

• Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: smtp.your.domain

• Outgoing mail server user name: Your account username

 

8. Click OK to save the settings.
